3. Mobile Outreach Units
Three fully equipped mobile units deploying bi-weekly to psychiatric facilities, rural schools, paediatric wards, and refugee settlements.
4. Exhibitions & Art Sales
Biannual public exhibitions celebrating participant artwork, reframing perceptions of disability, and generating sustainable revenue streams for scale.
5. Adult Studio & Classes
Complementary adult programming generating self-sustaining revenue while serving as a bridge between youth programmes and broader community ownership.
6. Professional Training
National capacity building courses certifying teachers, health workers, and special educators in adaptive art techniques and therapeutic fundamentals.

Three Year Strategic Phasing
Months 1 to 6
Facility fit-out, core team recruitment of 8 key roles, pilot cohort launch of 50 children, mobile unit procurement, and clinic MOUs.
Months 7 to 18
Full programme launch across all age bands, 3 mobile units operational, first exhibition cycle, adult classes launch, and 15 certified educators.
Months 19 to 36
National replication planning, digital platform launch, research publication, policy advocacy with government agencies, and transition to self-sustaining revenue.
