3. Mobile Outreach Units

Three Year Strategic Phasing

PHASE 01

Months 1 to 6

Foundation

Facility fit-out, core team recruitment of 8 key roles, pilot cohort launch of 50 children, mobile unit procurement, and clinic MOUs.

PHASE 02

Months 7 to 18

Scale

Full programme launch across all age bands, 3 mobile units operational, first exhibition cycle, adult classes launch, and 15 certified educators.

PHASE 03

Months 19 to 36

Consolidation

National replication planning, digital platform launch, research publication, policy advocacy with government agencies, and transition to self-sustaining revenue.
